Mascot/Nickname: MagpiesPort Adelaide Presbyterian was founded in 1935, and when war intervened after 1940, remained dormant until revived by Alf McLennan in 1961. Alf then remained secretary for 25 years. His son Bob is the games record holder for the Club with over 400 games. Bill Petrey coached the Club for 10 years during which time the Club won 7 successive premierships in the United Church Association (1968-74), and right up until 1984, all of the Club's coaches acted in an honorary capacity. The Club joined the SAAFL in 1980 and rose to A2 in the mid '80s but struggled thereafter. In 1988 new brick change-rooms were added to the existing club-rooms at Largs North Reserve by Club members.

After my hard fought loss in the B grade i set my eyes to the A grade game Against North Haven as was goin to be a korka game.
I watched on as Aaron (been Dog) Rowen came on with furious pace chasing the ball and fighting furiously to every pack but for the 4th consecutive week did not see him get a touch all i seen was a player running around with his head cut off and too the west crodyen coach.

never again play at hope valley at night couldnt see a thing and the umpiring was a joke all one sided two guys fighting and only sents one of a joke. and feral supports.
